The Automobile Club of Missouri was founded more than 100 years ago. Its regional headquarters is in St. Louis, and there are 39 branches throughout the state, including many in the St. Louis and Kansas City areas. There are eight additional offices in Arkansas, six in Kansas, four each in Illinois and Louisiana, two in Mississippi, and one in Indiana. Combined, the membership is nearly 1.5 million.
