How do I apply?

To start, search for a job of interest. You can search by keywords, job category, or location. Once you find a position, click the “Apply” button in the job posting then follow the directions on your screen. Either create a new profile or log back into your AAA applicant account if you are a returning candidate. You can monitor your application status by logging into your AAA applicant account. You will be notified by a member of our talent acquisition team if you are being considered for a position.

 You may update your application or apply for another position at any time.

I am a friend of an existing AAA employee. Can they receive a referral fee if I get hired?

We encourage our employees to refer their qualified friends and families to our positions. Please be sure you indicate the AAA employee’s full name in the online application’s “Referral Source” field to ensure they receive credit for the referral — and possibly a referral award!

How do I reset my password?

To recover your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign-in screen. Next, you will enter your email address and click on “Reset Password.” You will receive an email with a temporary password directing you to log back in.

What if I have a problem completing the online application or assessment?

After I apply, how soon will I receive a response from AAA?

You will receive an automated email response once your application has been successfully submitted. You will be notified by member of our Talent Acquisition team if you are being considered for the position within several days.

How do I get in touch with a recruiter or hiring manager?

Once you have applied, our Talent Acquisition team will review the information you have provided to us. If your knowledge, skills, and abilities match what we are looking for, you will be contacted directly by phone or email.

Does AAA conduct background and drug screening as part of the hiring process?

AAA conducts drug screens and background checks for applicants who have accepted employment offers. We screen for criminal record, employment history, educational background and social security number verification. For select positions, we also screen motor vehicle record and credit record.

What is the AAA Talent Community?

Our Talent Community is a AAA-specific opt-in network where you may provide contact information and receive news about our careers. By joining, you give us permission to provide information updates about our organization and our job opportunities. Joining the Talent Community is not considered a job application. When you are ready to apply, you must go to the Apply button on a specific job.

What types of data is being collected about applicants and how is it used?

We are required to collect certain personal information from and about workers to evaluate their qualifications; administer benefits; offer equal opportunity, training and job opportunities; monitor workplace health and safety; comply with an obligation or exercise a right conferred by law; manage our business operations; and serve our members.
