AAA scores a spot on popular brand list 

On April 3, AAA was named one of 2019’s “Most Loved Brands in America” by market research firm Morning Consult.
Only 63 brands made this year’s list, which ranks brands based on four key reputation metrics: favorability, trust, community impact and Net Promoter Score (measures customer experience and predicts business growth).
AAA ranked highest among baby boomers, suburbanites and those with high income and education.
Morning Consult analyzed more than 400,000 consumer interviews across thousands of brands to determine the rankings.
